Zino Davidoff founded Davidoff, a leading luxury tobacco company. In 1967, Zino formed a partnership with Cubatabaco, the Cuban tobacco monopoly, to launch the Davidoff brand. After the partnership ended in 1991, Davidoff relocated manufacturing to the Dominican Republic in conjunction with Hendrik “Henke” Kelner. These cigars are produced by experienced cigar rollers using high-quality Dominican tobacco. These cigars rapidly became among the most sought-after in the world.
