1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled for any reason up until they are shipped.
• To cancel an order, contact our Customer Service team at info@migratorycigar.com.
• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You must accept delivery and follow our return process outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items in the following circumstances:

• Damaged or defective cigars received upon delivery.
• Incorrect items received that differ from your original order.

3. Items Not Eligible for Returns

Returns are not accepted for:

• Personal taste or preference: Due to the perishable nature of cigars.
• Subjective concerns about authenticity: All products are guaranteed authentic. Contact us with any concerns, and we may request additional information.
• Promotional, closeout, or gift items: These are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

4. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• Timeframe: Requests must be initiated within 5 days of delivery. Include photographic evidence showing packaging, shipping label, and product condition.
• Cigars must be in substantially the same condition as received.
• Partial boxes may be eligible for a pro-rated refund at our discretion.
• Cigars that have been cut, smoked, or altered are not eligible.
• Original packaging must be included.

5. Return Process

1. Inspect Upon Receipt: Check your package immediately for damage or discrepancies.
2. Initiate Return Within 5 Days: Contact info@migratorycigar.com and provide:
• Order number
• Detailed description of the issue (damage, defect, or incorrect item)
• Clear photographs of the affected cigars and packaging

1. Return Acceptance: We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
2. Shipping the Return: Pack cigars securely in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.

6. Refunds

• Approved returns are refunded in the form of a cash voucher, applicable toward future purchases.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and approve the return.
• Shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable, except when the incorrect item is shipped by our fulfillment center.
