                                  How long does local delivery in Hong Kong take?

                                  We process and dispatch orders within 1–5 working days. Every cigar ships fresh from our own climate-controlled cigar room in Hong Kong, so what reaches you is exactly what we have been keeping — in the condition we kept it. Nothing is drop-shipped through third parties or forwarded from overseas; quality and provenance are ours to answer for.

                                  If you need something by a particular date, contact us and we will do our best to arrange it.

                                  Is the listed price the final price?

                                  Yes. Prices shown include Hong Kong tobacco duty. Local customers have no customs process to handle and nothing further to pay. What you see on the product page is what you pay.

                                  How do I know the cigars are authentic?

                                  We don't compromise on this. Everything is imported through officially authorised channels.

                                  • Cuban cigars: Every box carries both the Habanos S.A. seal and that of its official Hong Kong importer, Pacific Cigar Company — along with a verifiable factory code and production date code.
                                  • New World cigars: Imported directly through official channels, working with the manufacturers themselves.
                                  Do you ship to mainland China?

                                  Yes, via EMS. Please note that customs clearance and any duties or taxes at the destination are the recipient's responsibility.
