Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes — appointment-based pickup at Trium Lab, Monday to Friday, 10:30–18:00. Message us on WhatsApp to book a time.

Do you ship Cuban cigars to mainland China?

Yes, via HK Post/EMS — the customer is responsible for any customs duties on arrival. Cuban cigars cannot be shipped to the United States due to the embargo.

What happens if a cigar isn't right for me?

Tell us. We'd rather point you to something that fits than sell you something that doesn't — that's the difference between a shop and a shelf you can actually trust.

We run a dedicated, purpose-built facility on a 24/7 automated climate system.

This is not "good enough" storage — it is the environment professional collectors and master blenders use to age cigars properly. We age much of our own limited stock here for months, sometimes years, which is exactly how we learned how small a fluctuation has to be before it costs you a cigar.

02  Inspection

Checked weekly, by people who smoke daily

Every box is hand-inspected each week by team members who smoke every day — not by staff following a checklist they don't understand.

  • Wrapper integrity — no cracks, no beetle holes, no mould
  • Construction — even roll, no soft spots
  • Draw test on sample sticks — smooth, consistent resistance
  • Burn test on sacrificial cigars — clean line, firm ash
  • Aroma at the foot — fresh, no off-notes

If one cigar doesn't meet the standard, none of that box ships. We'd rather write off stock than send you something we wouldn't light ourselves.

03  Packing

Nothing is outsourced
