L'Atelier is a medium-bodied cigar crafted by Pete Johnson of Tatuaje. It features an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper with a Nicaraguan binder and filler. Initially, it offers woody and spicy flavors with hints of oak, followed by notes of leather, chocolate, and nuts in a coffee-like aftertaste. L'Atelier Selection Spéciale extends the original L'Atelier line, produced at the My Father factory in Estelí, Nicaragua, under the expertise of Don Pepin Garcia and Jaime Garcia. This select line boasts a wrapper made from leaves harvested from higher positions on the Sancti Spiritus tobacco plant, resulting in a shinier, darker chocolate appearance. After initial peppery notes, warm aromas of coffee and nuts blend seamlessly with the Nicaraguan mixture, creating a medium- to full-bodied smoke that enthusiasts can enjoy repeatedly.
