These casks collectively produce a whisky with exceptional aroma, flavor, and texture richness. “We’ve harnessed the influences of cask seasoning, oak origin, and distillery character to create something truly exceptional,” Kennedy stated. The whisky is warm cherry in color. Its aroma is a luxurious blend of Medjool dates, sweet baked figs, and rich milk chocolate, with delicate accents of honey and tropical nuances reminiscent of dried mango and ripe papaya, all encased by complex sweet oak.
